Nutrition is important and of course we have to be eating the right things on a daily basis; BUT (and this is a big but) it’s very important to treat yourself also. A luxurious cake, or a perfect pastry can really lift the spirits which is why I’ve always been so passionate about making delectable desserts, using the highest quality ingredients, and sourcing local wherever possible. We make all of our desserts in house, from scratch so you know exactly what you’re eating, and everything is traceable.
